1. What are the general trading terms?
Ans:
  • Payment in advance only.
  • Prices are Ex-Works Singapore.
  • Stock availability is subject to prior sales.
  • All parts are new, original, unused unless otherwise stated.
  • For any orders (excluding bank, shipping and other miscellaneous charges) below US$100, there will be an administrative charge of US$15.
  • All bank charges and other processing fees are to be borne by purchasing party
  • All freight and shipping charges are to be borne by purchasing party

2. Where do I get quotation for the items I am interested to buy?
Ans: You can email your enquiry to apsfortune@agencies.com.sg, fax to us at (65) 6316-1790 or call us directly at (65) 6896-6312. Please specify the "Part No" and the "Quantity Required" in your email or fax.

3. After getting the quotation, how do I proceed to place my order?
Ans: You can email your Purchase Order to us at apsfortune@agencies.com.sg or fax to us at (65) 6316-1790.
For faster processing of your order, please include the following information in your order:
      - Company Name, Contact Name, Billing Address and Contact Numbers.
      - Destination Address and Shipping Details
      - Other information or instructions if any.

4. What are the accepted modes of payment?
Ans: - Bank Draft
- Remittance / Telegraphic Transfer
- Paypal (for smaller orders)

5. How long will each delivery take?
Ans: Shipment will be made upon receipt of payment. While delivery is dependent on type of items ordered and availability of stock, we always strive for the fastest delivery for all orders. We will advise accordingly on a case by case basis.

6. What are the ways of shipping my order?
Ans: We use "Prepaid Only" and "Prepaid or Freight Collect" shipping methods.
For Prepaid Only:
     - Parcel Post
     - EMS Speedpost
For Prepaid or Freight Collect:
     - Express Courier Services
     - United Parcel Service (UPS)
     - Federal Express (FedEx)
     - DHL Worldwide Express
